ESG Reporting Analyst

FINGREEN AI is a Greentech start-up whose mission is to end corporate greenwashing and accelerate the transition to a transparent and sustainable financial system.

We are looking for an ESG expert that understands this quickly evolving ecosystem and the many international standards / frameworks / regulations.

Thought leadership in ESG methodology and innovation

Assisting customers on their ESG data collection and reporting journey

Monitor progress of data collection across portfolio of customers

Strategic input on development of product based on customer feedback

Collect and analyse data from various sources, both internal and external, to measure and monitor ESG metrics.

Stay updated on regulatory requirements, industry frameworks, and global ESG standards to ensure compliance and adherence.

Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and stakeholder communications regarding ESG performance and progress.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand their expectations and concerns related to ESG issues.

Problem-solver, creative thinker and action-oriented, can get things done, and makes rapid decisions even when short of information in a start-up environment.

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with cross-functional and diverse teams at all levels of the organization.

Highly motivated, independent and passionate about sustainability and impact.

Demonstratable experience in ESG and sustainable finance regulations (EU Taxonomy, CSRD, SFDR, TCFD, ISSB etc.), environmental and sustainability policy, GHG standards.

English and French speaker

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, sustainability, finance, or business.

2+ years proven experience as an ESG expert or similar role.

Strong knowledge of ESG principles, frameworks, and reporting standards.

Specific knowledge of the mechanics of; ISSB/SFDR/CSRD/ EUTaxonomy/GHG Protocol and more.

Familiarity with sustainability metrics and methodologies, and ESG data analysis.

Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.

Proficient in data collection, analysis, and reporting tools/software.

Passion for sustainability, social responsibility, and environmental issues.

Product management experience

Experience in fast pace / start-up environment

3-5 years experience in a corporate client facing position - more specifically - customer success, account management

Salary range €45-60k
