Summary

Develop and implement a scalable data strategy aligned with business goals. Lead and mentor a data team, fostering a data-driven culture. Oversee data infrastructure, ensuring real-time data availability and reliability. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver key metrics and insights for optimization. Establish protocols to maintain data quality and security. Stay updated on industry trends to implement innovative technologies

What will you do?

• Data strategy development: develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with the business goals and objectives
• Data entry team management: build and manage a team of data entry specialists, and lead them to complete technical projects on time
• Data quality management: ensure the accuracy, completeness and reliability of data. Oversee initiatives to improve data quality, including data cleansing, validation and enrichment processes
• Data governance and compliance: establish and enforce policies, procedures and controls to ensure the integrity, security and privacy of data assets. Work closely with our lawyers to ensure our data practices adhere to regulatory requirements
• Data architecture and infrastructure: design and maintain the organization’s data architecture and infrastructure. Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, platforms and tools to support data storage, processing and analysis needs
• Algorithm development: develop an algorithm to monitor when individuals from a predefined list of contacts have changed jobs, leveraging Google and other resources to ensure timely updates

What are we looking for?

• Experience - 3+ years in as a data leader in another organization
• Technical skills - proficiency in data scraping and data analysis script languages (e.g. SQL, Python). Understanding of data management concepts (incl. data modeling, data warehousing and governance)
• Team management - ability to lead and manage a large scale data entry and cleaning process
• Reliability - immediately assume key responsibilities from Day 1, evidencing your dependability and capability in essential roles
• English skills - Strong English speaking and writing skills
