Role Summary
KINETK is a first of its kind platform providing anyone with the unprecedented ability to safeguard, track, and control where their content goes, and how it is used. We’re seeking a highly motivated and organized self starter to be part of our sales and revenue team. This individual will nurture relationships with onboarded creators, build and develop the company’s influencer, ambassador and affiliate campaigns, and create engaging content across various social media platforms. The role blends sales & marketing, partner collaboration and an operational mindset to help support the company’s growth.
Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Social Media:
○ Create compelling content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
○ Oversee the development and execution of influencer campaigns to amplify brand reach.
○ Liaise with the Company’s web3 community team
- Build and Manage Ambassador / Affiliate / Creator Relations program:
○ Assist with establishment, execution and growth of company’s ambassador & affiliate programs.
○ Conduct outreach, manage comms, liaise with finance on payments.
- Creator Relationship Management:
○ Build and nurture relationships with onboarded Creators, ensuring their needs are met and they
are effectively leveraging the platform.
○ Creator Relations program:
i. Newsletters, profiles, outreach and celebration campaigns
ii. Provide support and guidance
- Brand Management and Strategy:
○ Assist team in developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies and voice to drive
adoption, awareness, engagement, and positive user experiences.
○ Maintain and enhance the brand's identity across all channels and touchpoints.

○ Graphic Design and Visual Content:
i. Collaborate with the tech team and other departments to ensure cohesive and impactful
visual content.
○ Reporting and Analytics:
i. Track and analyze the performance of brand and marketing initiatives with the support of
the CEO & Chief of Staff, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
● 2-4 years in online marketing, performance marketing, social community building or the like.
● Passionate about marketing, community building and social engagement.
● Exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
● Experience in managing social media campaigns and creating content for platforms like TikTok,
Instagram, and YouTube.
● Ability to build and nurture relationships with content creators and influencers.
● Proficiency in Figma and other graphic design tools.
● Ability to wear many hats and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
