About IVM Markets:

IVM Markets is an AI-native software platform powering the next generation of equity derivatives and structured products portfolio construction and analytics. We help brokers, asset managers, private banks, and advisors design better risk-reward outcomes using derivatives — before execution.

We are a fast-growing technology company, with clients in the US, UK and Europe. We’re on a mission to bring institutional-grade investment intelligence into everyday workflows.

At IVM, we operate at the intersection of finance and technology, with a team from firms like Deutsche Bank, Merrill Lynch, and UBS. We move fast, value ownership, and give people real responsibility from day one.

If you want to work on complex problems with real impact, and help define the next generation of WealthTech, IVM is the place to do it.

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly capable Enterprise Customer Success Manager to drive client adoption, retention, and expansion across our most strategic accounts, including RIAs, Wholesalers, Broker-Dealers, banks, and wealth tech firms.

This individual will own the post-sale client relationship, ensuring successful onboarding, deep product adoption, and measurable business impact. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to help clients integrate IVM into their investment workflows, unlock value from the platform, and expand usage over time.

You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, combining strong product knowledge with a deep understanding of structured products and advisory workflows to drive long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage relationships with enterprise clients, acting as the primary point of contact post-sale.

• Lead onboarding and implementation processes, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to active usage.

• Drive product adoption by working closely with users (sales desks, structurers, advisors) to embed IVM into daily workflows.

• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, partnering with Sales to increase usage, seats, and revenue.

• Deliver product training, workshops, and ongoing support to ensure clients extract maximum value from the platform.

• Act as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams to inform roadmap and improvements.

• Monitor client usage and engagement metrics, proactively addressing risks and ensuring high retention.

• Support strategic accounts in complex use cases, helping translate investment ideas into actionable outputs using the platform.

Experience and Qualifications:

• 7–10+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles within financial services or FinTech.

• Strong understanding of structured products, derivatives, or investment workflows within broker-dealers, private banks, or asset managers.

• Proven track record of managing and growing enterprise client relationships.

• Experience working with complex software platforms and driving user adoption.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.

• Commercial mindset, with the ability to identify expansion opportunities and support revenue growth.

• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications (CFA, CFP) are a plus.

• Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.

Benefits and Compensation:

This is a great opportunity with a company that values and rewards its employees. IVM offers a competitive package of benefits and compensation that will make your work life both fulfilling and enjoyable.
