The Role

We're seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to lead our go-to-market efforts and scale adoption across both sides of our marketplace. This is a unique opportunity to be the first marketing hire and shape how we connect hardware innovators with institutional capital. You'll work directly with the CEO to build trust in novel financial infrastructure and drive growth across our offerings.
As our sole marketer initially, you'll wear multiple hats while building toward establishing a broader marketing function as we grow.

It's creating the largest capital reallocation in decades. A hard asset supercycle. Trillions in batteries, data centers, solar farms, robotics, heat pumps, and manufacturing infrastructure that need to get built, and built fast. These companies will be majority funded by debt, but accessing the kind of structured finance vehicles they need is still a nightmare of spreadsheets, inflated costs, complexity and mystery all wrapped up in year-long timelines.
That's why we're building Tangible. We make raising and managing asset-backed financing as efficient and intelligent as the hardware these companies are deploying.
We are a small and nimble team, passionate about seeing these hardtech companies succeed. The company has 3 co-founders with a mix of product, technology and capital markets expertise. You can find out more about our thesis here.

What You'll Do

Own our demand generation strategy across both sides of our marketplace, developing efficient acquisition programs for hardware companies and institutional capital providers
Develop, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across channels like search, social, LinkedIn, and industry publications to drive qualified pipeline for our offerings
Build and scale educational content programs that make asset-backed financing accessible, including webinars, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content
Develop and oversee audience-specific programs targeting different hardware sectors (transportation, industrial, energy transition) and institutional investor types (private credit, pension funds, family offices)
Create lifecycle marketing programs to drive progression of our customers through the transaction lifecycle, engage customers for refinancing and other key events.
Own conversion optimization for our platform onboarding and service inquiry processes alongside our product team
Build referral and partnership programs leveraging our VC network and successful client relationships to generate warm introductions
Establish institutional relationship programs including targeted outreach, industry event participation, and partnership development with complementary service providers
Hire, lead, and mentor team members in performance marketing, content creation, and business development as we scale
Track, forecast, and report on KPIs such as qualified pipeline, deal velocity, facility sizes, customer lifetime value, and marketing ROI in partnership with Finance
Partner with Product on platform adoption, user experience optimization, and feature adoption across our software tools

What We're Looking For

Essential:
7+ years of B2B growth marketing experience, with a strong track record in complex sales cycles
Experience with fintech, infrastructure software, or professional services platforms
Understanding of institutional sales and consultative, education-driven marketing
Proficiency in multi-stakeholder marketplace dynamics
Strong content creation and thought leadership capabilities
Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage environments
Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity
Preferred:
Background in financial services, structured finance, or capital markets
Interest in climate tech and hardware innovation
Experience with long sales cycles and deal-based metrics
Previous startup or founding team experience
Track record building trust with traditional financial institutions
